As Kids Up Reading Coaches works with your child and Family, Kids Up Reading Coaches may obtain information like your names, phone numbers, and address (“Demographic Data”) as well as information about your child’s medical history and learning, including assessment results and weekly progress updates (“Learning Data”).

 

This information is stored in Kids Up Reading Coaches’ password-protected Google drive plus QuickBooks and MailChimp accounts (or other accounting and marketing software). 

 

In general, Kids Up Reading Coaches will only use this information internally, in connection with you and your student, or to contact you.  However, you hereby authorize Kids Up Reading Coaches to share the Demographic Data and Learning Data with any professionals (teachers, schools, therapists, psychologists, etc.) that you put Kids Up Reading Coaches in contact with or that you ask Kids Up Reading Coaches to contact on your behalf (for example, if you are looking for a referral for other therapy/tutoring services). You also authorize Kids Up Reading Coaches to share non-personally-identifiable data about your student’s progress on Kids Up Reading Coaches’ website and in its marketing materials.
